1. Who we are

FolioQ (“FolioQ”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Manoj Attal, Pune, India. FolioQ is not yet a registered company and is not SEBI-registered. Contact: hello@folioq.in.

2. What FolioQ does

FolioQ lets you upload a mutual fund consolidated account statement and see calculations such as XIRR, holdings and portfolio history. Features marked “coming soon” are not part of the service until we say otherwise.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You may upload only statements that belong to you, or that you are authorised to upload by the person they belong to.

4. No account needed; optional account

You can use FolioQ through an anonymous session. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

5. Not advice

FolioQ provides information and calculations only. It does not provide investment, tax, legal or financial advice. FolioQ is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. You are solely responsible for decisions you make. See the full disclaimer.

6. Accuracy

We work to calculate correctly, but results depend on the statements you upload and on third-party data, and may contain errors. You should verify important figures independently.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload files you have no right to upload; upload malicious files; attempt to access other users' data; overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service; or use automated means to access it without our permission.

8. Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Data retention

Data in anonymous sessions is deleted automatically after 30 days without a visit. You can delete your portfolio data at any time from Settings. We are not responsible for loss of data you choose to delete or that is deleted under this policy.

10. Price

The features currently available are free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price before you are charged.

11. Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolioQ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any investment, tax or financial loss arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
